1. Provide the brand with one standard, making sure all artwork is within the corporate identity (C.I.)
2. Assist in the creation of Ocean basket and Braza C.I. 3. Manage all internal marketing for stores and offices, newspaper adverts, billboards,
signage, banners, window signage. Visit stores to assist with marketing. 4. Assist the marketing manager, Brendan McGee/ Nana Lloyd, with decision making in
terms of TV campaigns, national campaigns and creating briefs for our advertisement agency.
5. In charge of creating artwork for through-the-line and below-the-line, such as menu designs for Ocean Basket and Braza, books, internal newspapers and table overlays.
6. In charge of running photo shoots including making sure the look and feel is correct as well as the presentation of the food for the photographer.
7. Making the food for photo shoots and styling the food. 8. Touching up the photos of the food for artwork creation. 9. Occasionally photograph food items to be used in table talkers as in-store Advertising. 10. As part of the marketing team, coordinate events such as poker evenings, golf days and
franchise conferences. Create the artwork for the invites, branded gifts, menus etc. Participate in event coordination including the gifts, location, guest accommodation, meals and site inspections. Oversee the setup of the events hall and deal with problems which may arise.
11. I managed and set up from start to finish major projects to do with getting ocean baskets name out to the public, Events like “The Good Food & Wine Show’, “Delicious music and food festival”.
12. As part of the customer relations team, respond appropriately to complaints from the public.
