Multi purpose moving column vertical machining center, providing a 3m long machining area and full 5 axis simultaneous capability to satisfy a wide range of applications. A 2m version is also available.
- A highly stable, rigid column and bed structure optimized by FEM analysis enables a wide variety of cutting applications to be successfully achieved, such as complex high speed milling operations and heavy duty cutting.
- The VCF850 moving column design concept provides the maximum working area in a compact machine footprint compared to traditional design vertical machining centers.
- The diversified design includes two versions of rotary table, namely embedded type and a versatile top-mounted type.

Built-in type spindle to provide high reliability with minimized
noise and vibration.
+/-110 deg B axis tilting head to satisfy highly flexible machining processes
Oil cooler with control accuracy of 0.1℃
Built-in type spindle provides high reliability and minimizes noise and vibration.
The spindle and tools are rigidly mounted to increase the tool
rigidity and reduce vibration. Tool service life, surface roughness,
and machine productivity are greatly improved.
