Some of us spend so much time working it’s important that we make each day a positive experience for our employees and business partners.

We can’t all have exciting jobs but we can acknowledge and praise the people who support us do ours well. Without cleaners, concierges, canteen staff etc., our lives would be made more difficult.

Some people have the attitude that because they are at work. Then they have to behave differently from being at home with friends. Not showing warmth as this maybe seen as weakness. Kindness is never weakness

If you see that someone needs your support give it. When you do nothing you gain nothing. Pull up a chair

Listening is often more important than talking. It is only made difficult if you choose not to stop talking. If you want to be heard then first you must hear.

Listening does not mean assuming you know what the person you are talking is about to say. You only truly hear when you have a closed mouth and open ears.

Winning should be a personal goal. If you get self approval from ‘beating’ others without a care about how they might feel. Then one day that feeling will be yours to own.

Gaining satisfaction from seeing others fail isn’t cool. If we all connected spiritually then you fail too? Find a better way to find self approval.
