Alicia Fritz Herman is an artist and multitasking designer whohas experiences within six years in various fields at designindustry. Since 2009 until she became a creative director in2014.

She is an autistic-hyperactive woman who is experiencedundetected disabilities. Devastated by many undetectedcases of children with disabilities combined with poverty livingout of school in Indonesia, she took the lead by foundingTSeiha Design as the first step to achieve the ultimate goal ofbuilding foundation for children with disabilities.
