Introducing an enhanced online experience, designed with you and your

business in mind. In 2014, we launched a new Repairs experience. Throughout

2015 you will notice continued improvements to key areas within your online

portal including:

+ Navigation Menu

+ Home Page

+ Billing

+ Orders

+ Account Maintenance / Service Management

+ Manage Products (formerly Network Tools

and Custom Applications)

+ Overall platform stability and response time

Change for the Better

These enhancements have been driven by feedback from customers like you. They are

built with you in mind and are intended to improve your online experience.

+ The navigation menu has been given a new layout making it easier for you to find what you are

looking for within an organized tab like structure.

+ The entire billing experience has been streamlined and simplified to make it easier for you to view bills

and make payments. See all invoices, current charges and balance due in one holistic view.

+ A new order status experience provides the ability to easily track orders. An average 3-click reduction

has been achieved over the previous order status screens.

+ The former Network Tools and Custom Applications Page has been renamed to Manage Products

with improved presentment of current and available products.

+ Overall, the portal should provide quicker response and page load times.
