What to Report ?SEBI indicates what to report. It does not give any indicators to monitor, measure and report .
How to Report ?Unlike GRI, SEBI mandates Business Responsibility Report along with Annual Report for the same entityBeing Silent, SEBI mandates that the reporting entities follow the same reporting principles as that of financial reports or indirectly indicates that follow GRI reporting principles.

Business Responsibility Reporting is not just reporting what you have been doing but doing new things or in new way
It is about business transformation - new ways balancing value, being accountable to generate NET Value
