Butte County Ordinance 4051 is titled "Restrictions on Cultivation of Medical Cannabis." It was passed Feb. 26, 2013, by the Butte County Board of Supervisors. An earlier cultivation ordinance was blocked by citizen petition and then rejected by county voters in June 2012 (Measure A).
