Canadians work hard to protect the native wildlife. Canada has 41 national parks.

GEOGRAPHYIn Canada there are lakes, numerous rivers,

mountains, plains, and forested valleys and swamps.

Canada's north lies in the frozen Arctic, where ice and snow dominate the landscape. Few trees grow here, and farming is not possible.
