‣ You must bring your ID card each day

‣ ID Cards and Go Cards share the same technology – keep them separate

‣ When you are in the print queue wait until the person ahead of you has logged off before you swipe your ID card

‣ You can top-up your balance – ask at the library

‣ If you cannot print or you have a ‘server offline’ message then try changing the wireless network

‣ You may need to refresh your network connection if you move around the school to remain connected
