iPUT Pty Ltd is a high‐performance engineering design construct company with the capacity to achieve excellent value outcomes in any mining industry project. Innovation is in our core DNA, not just our name.
Our innovative, highly practical approach is derived from a heritage of major mining industry turnkey projects undertaken by our key personnel since the mid 80’s. Our results oriented bottom‐line focus had its genesis in the NSW & Qld coal industry, and has been complemented over the years by widely experienced, like‐minded professionals who have brought diversity into iron ore and mineral sands.
Whether we are providing professional resources for hire under our uniquely configured human resources service, or turnkey solutions with our state of the art process design capability, our focus is on high value adding outcomes for our clients. Our successful process and system design, and subsequent plant layout, balances huge volumes of information using modern technology to find a pathway through the many competing demands and restrictions applicable to a modern mine environment. We make your data work, for you.
An ability to creatively bind the core elements together to provide robust, fault tolerant, workable designs, with a lower whole‐of‐life cost profile, is a key outcome of iPUT involvement. Focus on the all‐important concept stage, with pragmatic visualisation and detailed explanation, is where the combination of deep skill and innovative conceptualisation pays dividends for clients. Our extensive knowledge of operational requirements is built into the details. We configure equipment that is easy to operate and maintain, and are often told by experienced operators that our installations are the best they have seen of their type.
iPUT’s expertise stems from the coal mining industry, but with considerable experience in steel, various mineral sand ores, aluminium, grain, glass, rail, and transport industries. Scope of service provision covers all investigative engineering, feasibility study and budget preparation, design, earthworks, civils, mechanicals, structurals, sitework, electricals and commissioning.
From “hard money” to “risk sharing” style of contracts, iPUT is always prepared to meet the customer’s preferred mode of contracting. Projects performed have included underground conveyors and general mining equipment, as well as major rolling stock upgrades. We have also set up, operated and / or advised several $/t or $/service BOOT/M contracts, and have a deep understanding of the critical success factors.
In 2013 iPUT commenced an innovative business development growth phase to implement iPUT's patented beneficiation plant Step‐Change throughput increase technology, initially in coal and progressively through iron ore and a range of other minerals. With a proof of concept installation late 2016, being regarded as fully proven mid‐2017, and realisation new product grades are possible, this tech is set to reshape the industry. We look forward to step change ↑profitability↑ for clients that take it up!
iPUT can also arrange full cash flow positive project financial backing, off‐balance sheet, if required. You pay for the upgrade from additional profit after it is operational.
