LEASING CONSULTANTResponsible for all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals Interacts with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancyGenerates and handles traffic, leases apartments, qualifies
prospects, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork in accordance with applicable laws and
company policiesCultivates an ongoing relationship with residents throughout
their tenancyReports to Leasing Manager or Property Manager and has no

LEASING MANAGERSupervises a team of Leasing ConsultantsDevelops and implements a leasing plan to attract new
residents and retain current residents Is responsible for developing leasing staff budget and
scheduling, training and managing leasing staffOversees personnel matters regarding hiring, termination,
performance reviews, and service issues with residents and clients
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Responsible for the efficient operation of the assigned property under the direction of the Property Manager
Works closely with the Property Manager in preparation for movement into a Property Manager position
Responsible for the operation of the property in the absence of the Property Manager
Performs ongoing leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance tasks in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
Reports to the Property Manager and generally has no supervisory responsibilities unless the Property Manager is unavailable or away from the property
PROPERTY MANAGERResponsible for property and financial operations and
meeting company goalsFacilitates optimum property performance in areas
such as: personnel management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
Reports to the Regional Manager – Property Operations and supervises all on-site leasing and maintenance personnel
