Do specific Practice Policies (in hospitals) allow for innovation to flurish?
Is the wording supportive of innovation and EBP changes?
BUT WE NEED POLICIES (REMEMBER THE LAWYERS)
Have a policy on innovationInnovation
Easy as small pilot projects
“Leaders tend to delay process modifications until there is significant research & documented evidence for new processes”
If you do this---its too late
