Each member library will have its own electronic copy. Greater discount will be given to bulk purchases of copies. The Consortia will own more resources if more copies are being purchased.

All member libraries share a single electronic copy. Each member is responsible for acquiring a part of the contents, then they will merge them into a single database for shared use.
