I graduated from Sydney University Master of Commerce in 2014. I started my career in a marketing company, doing bookkeeping and reporting. My first outsourcing role was for another mid-tier practice and I joined RSM a year and a half later as supervisor in the Strategic Outsourcing Division. At RSM, I look after a range of clients, from large multi-national groups to national SME's across a range of industries.

HOW DID YOU GET STARTED WITH RECEIPT BANK?The first time I used Receipt Bank was when I started in an outsourcing role. We processed a lot of bills for our clients and had been informed of platforms that could improve processing efficiencies - both for us and our clients.

Before using Receipt Bank, we received invoices mostly from emails and processed these manually into accounting software. The process was very time-consuming and there was a high risk of data entry mistakes and missing bills. It took longer to review and approve the processing of payments.
