The HappyFoot company was founded by 3 girls from

Business Academy Považská Bystrica. Our company doesn’t

have long history, but we are young and we have interesting

ideas. Our shoes are the highest quality and we sell them at

great prices. Our company making interesting offers to shoes.

Contractual conditions

Contractual conditions according to business code valid in Slovak

Republic.

Seller’s obligations:

1. The seller confirms the order by phone.

2. The seller sends the delivery note.

3. The seller sends an invoice immediately after sending the

goods which is cost data. The invoice will contain the terms

of payments.

4. If the buyer does not pay in time, the seller has the right to

claim a penalty of 0,05% for each day of a delay.

5. The price in the catalogue are included with VAT (19%).

Buyer’s obligations:

1. The buyer (customer) sends the seller the order.

2. The buyer is obliged to pay the payment by an electronic

form

in benefit of Sellers account.
