Follow manufacturer's instructions for cleaning /maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washablesexist, use detergent and hot water. Keep and washPPE separately from other laundry.

User Safety Recommendations:

Users should:• Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum,

using tobacco, or using the toilet.

• Remove clothing immediately if pesticide getsinside. Then wash thoroughly and put onclean clothing.

• Remove PPE immediately after handling thisproduct. Wash the outside of gloves beforeremoving. As soon as possible, wash thoroughlyand change into clean clothing.

EMULSIFIED IN WATER INSECTICIDE

crevice treatment is application of small amounts ofpesticides into crack and crevices in which pests hideor through which they may enter a bui lding.Openings of this type commonly occur at expansionjoints, between different elements of construction, andbetween equipment and floors. . Apply as a 0.5% aisolution to crack and crevice sites only, where pestsoccur, including areas behind loose baseboards andtile, pipe chase penetrations, cracks in caulkingsurrounding doors and windows, under refrigerators,behind cabinets, sinks, and stoves, and cracks leadingto wall voids. Areas that may have cracks or crevicesthat harbor pests include: storage areas, closets,under cabinets, and restrooms. Cover all foodstuffs inarea to be treated or remove food prior to application.

CATALYST in recommended dilutions is non-stainingand does not cause damage to fabrics, plastics,paints, or other surfaces which cannot be damaged bywater alone. Do not apply where electrical shortcircuits might result. Do not enter or allow others toenter until sprays have dried. Do not apply product ina way that will contact workers, other persons, oranimals, either directly or through drift. Only protectedhandlers may be in the area during application.

This product may not be reapplied more than onceevery 7 days and treatment may not exceed 2applications in a 30 day period.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS For crack and crevice treatmentsMix 3.2 oz of CATALYST in 1 gallon of water(equivalent to 0.5% active ingredient solution).

NOTE: Following treatment, thorough ventilation oftreated areas, by occupant before re-entry, may reducepotential odors. In buildings with restricted air flow, suchas office buildings, ventilation is enhanced by adjustingventilation systems to include outside air for 24 hours.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS AND RESTRICTIONSFOR INDOOR USE ONLY. ZOËCON® CATALYST®EMULSIFIED IN WATER INSECTICIDE (CATALYST)provides effective control of listed pests for indoor,non-residential crack and crevice treatments only forthe following use areas:• food service establishments (e.g., restaurants,

taverns, delicatessens, mess halls, mobile canteens,around vending machines, grocery stores andmarkets where there is no contact with food, andwhen food is removed or covered prior totreatment), including schools, hospitals and nursinghomes in food service areas only;

• indoor non-food areas (e.g., office buildings;commercial; and industr ial bui ldings andwarehouses; correctional facilities, manufacturingestablishments, rail cars, marine vessels, andinstitutions, except those where children and theelderly occupy, such as and including schools, day-cares, hospitals, and nursing homes); and

• non-food areas of eating establishments wherethere is no contact with food, and where no foodprocessing, packing, and no food and/or feedwarehousing occurs.

This product cannot be used in homes, apartmentbuildings, or any other residential structure. Also, thisproduct cannot be used in structures where childrenand the elderly occupy, such as and including schools,day-cares, hospitals, and nursing homes, but may beused in the food service establishment areas withinthese structures, provided food is removed or coveredprior to treatment. Not for use in USDA federallyinspected meat processing plants.

CATALYST mixes easily with water and may beapplied with most sprayers. Diluted spray mixture maybe stored overnight and used the following day, butmixture should be agitated well prior to application toprevent the uneven distribution of product. Do notapply as a space spray. This product shall only beused for crack and crevice treatment. Crack and

Crack & CrevicePrepare a CATALYST spray-mix diluted with water asdirected above and apply in small amounts directlyinto cracks and crevices using equipment capable ofdelivering a pinstream in points between differentelements of construction, between equipment andfloors, openings leading to voids and hollow spaces inwalls, equipment legs and bases where cockroaches,ants, silverfish, firebrats, spiders, and crickets hide.

STORAGE & DISPOSAL Do not contaminate water, food, or feed bystorage or disposal.

STORAGEStore in a cool, dry, and ventilated area away fromhumans, pets, foodstuffs, and feed. Do not store nearheat or open flame. Keep from freezing.

PESTICIDE DISPOSALPesticide wastes are toxic. Improper disposal ofexcess pesticide, spray mixture, or rinsate is aviolation of Federal Law. If these wastes cannot bedisposed of by use according to label instructions,contact your State Pesticide or Environmental ControlAgency, or the Hazardous Waste representative at thenearest EPA Regional Office for guidance.
