What reporting arrangements are in place between you and the partners?

Direct contact through meetings with partner management. Operating guidelines are clearly outlined in the MOUs, which were developed and agreed between CEFTER and partners. The WB partnership template was used for the partnership agreements.

What monitoring arrangements are in place/envisaged?

The CEFTER Project team set up Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E) committee. The Monitoring and Evaluation Committee produced M & E Guidelines for the Centre. CEFTER M & E Officer will collect and analyse of information to compare progress of an activity with the original plan

What management tool are you using, if any? Does it incorporate the activity section of the IP? Does it constantly relate and reflect the DLIs

The management tool used by the Centre is the CEFTER statute as approved by the senate and council of Benue State University, Makurdi. The Statute includes the activity section of the Implementation plan (IP) and also reflects the DLIs.

Is the timescale and/or range of activities realistic? Do you think a review is necessary?

Yes the time scale and range of activities is realistic.

CEFTER ACE Implementation Monitoring Form

We are taking forward of the food safety and Hygiene to involve training of 2300 participants from Benue State. Facilitated by Wife of the Governor, Benue State.

MoU with 12 partners. Partnership agreement for two. We shall ensure partnership agreement are signed completely.

In conjunction with NSPRI we are organization a lecture series on the effect of climate change on post harvest losses. Proposal ready

Organizing training of trainers for Control of PHL Agricultural Development Projects from all 36 and FCT

E-learning workshop as part of the orientation program for new students and lecturers on the project. 24-27th November 2015
