Standing Postures

Bring Palms Together at the Heart Center

Reach Up with a Deep Breath

Clasp Fingers Behind Back and Pull Up on the Arms

Arch Back and Stretch the Front of the Body

Bend Forward, Bent Knees and Hold Elbows – Round

Back

Round All the Way Down Relaxing Face, Neck and

Shoulders

Seated Postures

Reach Way Up – Stretch - Take a few Deep Breaths!

Begin Ladder Stretch Reaching with Alternating Arms

Reaching Right and Left – Repeating for about Six

Repetitions

Interlock Fingers - Press Palms Up and Inhale

Cross Right Leg Over Left

Hug the Right Knee Tightly into the Chest - Feel the

Stretch

Switch to the Left Knee and Hug Tightly

Turn to the Left and Bring Left Arm around Back of

Chair

Twist all the way Back and Look Behind Your Shoulder

Lock Fingers and Press Palms to the Sky - Deep Breath

Turn to the Right and Place Arm Around Back of

Chair

Twist and Look Behind Your Right Shoulder

Press Up to the Sky Again – Deep Breath

Hug Your Left Knee Tight

Try to Grab Under the Foot

Try to Extend the Leg Forward and Stretch

Same Thing on the Right Leg

Extend Again

Reach Way Up to the Sky - Inhale

Start to Extend Forward Pressing Palms Outward

Go All the Way Down and Soften the Face, Neck and

Shoulders - Relax here for a Minute

Sit with Left Ankle Crossed over Knee

Lean Forward as Much as Possible

Reach Up and Stretch

Cross Right Leg Over

Lean All the Way Forward

Reach Up

Reach Forward with Straight Legs

Grab Your Ankles and Stretch Forward

Reach Up Again and Take a Deep Breath

Sit Comfortably for a few minutes and Close Your Eyes

Breathe in Positive, Calming Energy and Exhale Stress

After Relaxing, Bring Your Palms to Your Heart
