Recognize that change does happen.

Be aware of your surroundings.

Recognize the stages of dealing with change.

Communicate with others (co-workers and leaders of the

organization).

Do a self assessment.

Be flexible.

Continue to do your work.

Be positive in actions and attitude.

Maintain your network.
