This will not be a standard research seminar. Instead, inspired by ISPA’s exhortation “Eu vou mudar o mundo”, this seminar will link 3 things influencing change, starting with the global and ending with the local. 1) Factfulness – a brief introduction to a way of assessing what needs changing. 2) Social behaviour - a look at a new UNEP approach to conservation incorporating social behaviour into a migratory spe-cies convention. 3) Future - a local development combining volunteering, well-being and environ-mental action. Examples will range from gorillas and elephants to invasive species via bubble graphs and microlights.
