Subject:- Postponement of date of effect of Corporate office tariff orders –reg.

Ref: (I) BSNL CO No. 3-4/2013-R&C[CFA] dated 25-11-2013 ( Circular R&C-CFA No. 63/13-14).

(II) BSNL CO No. 3-4/2013-R&C[CFA] dated 25-11-2013 ( Circular R&C-CFA No. 64/13-14).

CGM ITPC may kindly refer to his office letter no. ITPC/CDDR Project/CDR-II/BSNL CO/2013-14/Part I/35 dated 02-12-2013, seeking deferment of date of effect of Corporate Office tariff orders under reference (I) above, as 01-01-2014 for all Zones and under reference (II) above, as 1st Jan, 2014 in respect of Tamilnadu Circle only, due to technical / administrative reasons.

The matter has been examined in this office and Competent Authority has approved the changes sought by ITPC regarding date of implementation of above order as follows:-

(I) The date of effect of Circular R&C-CFA No. 63/13-14 may be read as 1st Jan, 2014 in all zones in place of 01-12-2013

(II) The date of effect of Circular R&C-CFA No. 64/13-14 may be read as 1st Jan, 2014 in respect of Tamilnadu Circle only in place of 01-12-2013.

These orders are issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in PDP-CFA file No.8-22/PDP-CFA/2012-13 and 8-20/PDP-CFA/2012-13. For any clarification /correspondence in respect of aforesaid scheme, matter may be taken up with PDP-CFA unit of BSNL CO New Delhi – 110001 at Tele. No.011-23322692
