Changer for Development” By Alina Arnautova

Homemade Dream for Moldova Homemade dream for Moldova Housebuilding is the most challenging

societal problem for Moldova. Our citizens need cheap housing.

The objective of this project is design of citizen engagement for improvement of service. Solution is advanced industrial technology for building houses. These trailer-type houses are consisted of single units fixed to a steel base.

The Ministry of Construction and Regional Development of Moldova implements the following functions (plans regulation norms under the law, find suitable location, renders consultation and monitoring assistance.

Small “in-fill” houses harmonize with existing street architecture. Media coverage of debate and budget solution, monitoring and social outcomes represents TV and Internet inclusion.
