6 . Mr. P e t e r Koaak of the Grosvenor Ratepayers' Association w a s present concerning two matters.

Grosvenor Roads. He s t a t e d t h a t M r . Trotzuk had complained t o t h e Association about not being able t o get t h i s road opened by t h e Municipality. It is a gazetted road and Mr. Trotzuk could have had it opened t h i s year under the Council policy of opening gazetted roads i f part of t h e work was done by t h e owners. and t h a t the Municipality only recent ly acquired t h e f u l l s ixty-s ix foot
