Freshman Priority RegistrationThird: COMPLETE PLACEMENT TEST Check with your counselor for test dates at your school!Or, test at OCC/GWC.

For OCC, testing is done on a walk-in basis (no appointment is necessary). Visit wwww.orangecoastcollege.edu/fpr for testing schedule.

For GWC, make appointment: goldenwestcollege.edu/assessment.

Students may be exempt with appropriate EAP or AP results.

Fourth: COMPLETE STUDENT EDUCATIONAL PLAN (SEP)OCC: After completing the placement test, students will be assigned a date and time to attend an SEP session at OCC.GWC: Schedule an appointment in person/by phone, or attend one of our June FPR dates.

Fifth: REGISTER CLASSES. OCC: Attend New Student Registration during week of the June 18-25.

Students will register for classes in-person a week before their peers.

Parent orientation available. OCC/GWC: Students can also register for classes online. Registration appointments will be available to view on MyOCC/MyGWC in mid to late April 2016.
