K1 KARTING:

Situated in the busy shopping centre The Kollonade. We are an Indoor Go-Karting centre that offers Arrive and Drive, Team Building, Corporate Functions and Birthday packages. We are the only indoor track that offers small karts powered by Hoffmann engines. Our European state of the art timing software gives our clients a hi- tech experience and allows them to become members of K1 and track their career progress. Our fleet consists of 10 senior karts and 4 junior karts.

We also have gaming simulators . Whilst customers await their turn to set a time on our 165m track they can indulge in a virtual battle on the simulators. Those that aren’t there to race normally come and watch the local

or international sport that we show on our four T.V. screens in the hospitality area

Our timing software allows us to extract consumer activity.

For the period of January 2017 to July 2017 we have accommodated 13837 paying clients excluding spectators

4 Stroke Workshop Racing

Through our sister companies 4 Stroke workshop and DTSA

we have purchased 38 x Hoffmann 7 HP engines since

January 2017

• These engines are being supplied to East London and Port Elizabeth where 2 brand new 4 stroke series have taken off under the control of Veteran S.A. racing champion Michael Stephen in Port Elizabeth and another Track endurance Legend Geoff Stephen heading up the series in East London.

• These series have only been in operation for approximately 4 months now and already they have more than 35 competitors in each series.

• This is a family orientated endurance series and all karts are powered by 7 HP motors purchased through 4 Stroke Workshop along with other drive chain parts that 4 Stroke Workshop supplies.

• This same concept will be initiated into the SSS series in Gauteng whereby we will be doing away with 9 HP Hoffmann engines and replacing with the 7 HP as used on the coastal Tracks .

• This will then increase the Hoffmann 7 HP engine sales.

Drift Trike S.A. has sold more than 30 Trikes in the Private and hobby sector. Our product is proudly South African Designed and hand built in house. Out of this, a company called Powerslide has emerged. They have

purchased 4 Trikes from us and operate a Trike rental facility. They are present at most major events and offer their customers a pay to ride service. The Trikes are all obviously powered by Hoffmann motors which means
