1. Take time to learn your wants /needs in the areas of Health, Exercise and Entertainment2. Sketch out a plan3. Take Action by following your plan through by doing the following:
a) HEALTH: After doing some research on healthy meals (fruits, vegetables, protein, vitamins, etc.), prepare a budget and plan a schedule of the types of foods you will start consuming and when
b) EXERCISE: It’s important you decide how you enjoy working out; if alone at home, getting outside and enjoying nature (alone or with a partner or friend), at a gym, with a personal trainer or with a group (yoga, boot camp, running, cycling). Also, ask yourself what is, in fact, your favorite form of exercise; whether that is cycling, stationary bike, weights, yoga, pilates, running, walking, playing basketball (football, soccer, tennis), dancing, boot camping, martial arts, kick boxing, swimming, or extreme sport.
c) ENTERTAINMENT: Perhaps for a long time you have been wanting to take flamenco classes, painting lessons, start getting familiar with the theater and the arts scenes in your city, plan a retreat or a pilgrimage, go on a cruise, or learn more about the chocolate, coffee, wine and cheese industries to entertain your family and friends.
