Katherine is a Colombian economist with

and development. She has worked with think tanks
in Colombia (Conflict Analysis Resource Center or
CERAC) and Switzerland (Small Arms Survey).
Katherine holds a Masters in Development Studies

Mr. Wells has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science fromOral Roberts University (1991), a Master of Arts degree ininternational relations from the George Washington University(1995), and a Master of Science degree in national securitystrategy from the National War College (2014).
