Communication Communication is the process

of transferring signals/messages between a sender and a receiver through various methods (written words, nonverbal cues, spoken words).

Communication is only successful when both the sender and the receiver understand the same information as a result of communication.

It is not given to any human being that Allah should speak to him unless (it be) by 

• Inspiration • or from behind a veil• or (that) He sends a Messenger  to reveal what He wills by His Leave. Verily, He is

Verbal Communication

Verbal communication is the use of sounds and words to express yourself.

An example of verbal communication is saying “No” when someone asks you to do

something you don't want to do. Verbal Communication is further divided into :1. Oral Communication2. Written Communication

Non Verbal Communication

Sending or Receiving of wordless messages.• Gesture• Body language• Posture• Facial expressions

Three directions :

According to the 7 Cs, communication needs to be:• Clear• Concise• Concrete• Correct• Coherent• Complete• Courteous

Writing skills are an important part of communication.  Good writing skills allow you to communicate your message with clarity and ease.Correct grammar, punctuation and spelling are key in written communications.
