RESUME
Agisanang SA is a national training service provider focusing on providing Human Resources, Education, Training and Development in South Africa. The company operates from its head office in Benoni.
With a professionally qualified and experienced staff, an extensive range of legal compliance and consulting services are offered to various companies like Eskom, Working for water Programme, Department of Labour, Tubular, Transnet & Ect.
Agisanang SA Completed Learnership:
National Certificate in Professional Driving Qualification together with the Mpumalanga ESDLE in 2006.
Training courses are registered with South African Qualification Authority (SAQA). The Company is accredited by Transport Education Training Authority ETQA (TETA).
Our accreditation number is TETA 04-119
TRAINING METHODOLOGY
Agisanang SA courses are outcomes based. This means that holistic approach is followed where
learning is focussed on the results to be achieved, and competency is strived for in all the domains
of human performance. Learners on our courses must reach a predetermined standard before being
issued with a certificate of competence. Training can be conducted on site-specialised. With our
professionally qualified and accredited practitioners, experienced to train an assess trainees towards
our competency, training is provided in the language that the trainees will easily understand.
Training is provided on the National Qualification Framework (NQF) level, crediting trainees towards
achieving higher qualifications in their specific fields of training. These include comprehensive
evaluation and feedback, providing management with tools which will enable them to monitor and
maintain the professional standard achieved during training. Agisanang SA has assured that our
practitioners meet the SAQA assessor criteria, and are committed to ensuring that we as a training
provider adhere to all stipulated criteria with regards to quality assurance.

Permit-To-Work: 2 Day Training Course
This course is designed to provide all users of the client’s Permit-to-Work system with an understanding of the underlying legislation, principles and reasoning for the correct application of the system. Over a 2-day period candidates are exposed through demonstrations, illustrations from past experiences, and active participation in class and individual exercises to the following:
* The reasons for using a Permit-to-Work system* Responsibilities of users of the Permit-to-Work system* Applicable legislation* The importance of effective communication* The basis of safety for
- Positive isolation - Hot work
- Lockouts - Confined space and vessel entry
- Elevated work and work on roofs
* Standby Sentry selection and duties
* Precautions and preparation for emergencies
The course is practically oriented, with illustrations and discussions, and requires prospective Issuers and Acceptors to actively participate in a number of practical exercises, both to illustrate concepts and to develop Conscious Competency. Each candidate receives a copy for use in class and for subsequent reference. Candidates write an examination to get awarded a Certificate of Training. Assistance may also be offered in the design and implementation of new Permit-to-Work systems to meet client needs, as well as auditing, development and refinement of existing client systems, subject to separate quotation.
