What are the main messages…

• Our education strategy has to be up-to-date, accessible and global

• As CILT globally, we are now into action and implementation - of which Continuing Professional Development is a key element

• We need to embrace the concept of CPD and its benefits

• We need to provide a practical toolkit to help Branches and Territories move this agenda forward

• We want to use CPD opportunities to grow our membership

• And we want to actively partner to deliver customized, industry relevant CPD programmes

The Digital Revolution• In the UK more than 10m jobs will either

disappear of radically change in the next 10 years

• There are more than 100m people in the Logistics industry in India. Most of them with little or no education

• Automation and Artificial Intelligence will transform Logistics and Transport

• What ever knowledge we have today, it wont be enough to help us do our jobs in 10 years
