free dwelling (REQUIRED BY PF BLDG CODE ck with Jan Timm to verify yourselves).

Area B Coop definition of excessive plastering caused by wall paper and paneling removal that

the member is responsible for? Asbestos in plaster board/edging issue.

Finished basement electrical issues: Since the basement can not be used for sleeping, why is this

metal encased wiring an issue for the finished basement area?

Nicor Gas meter issues and concerns:Relocation of this gas meter and regulator to mirror image 11 & 9 Bender

Rd. GREAT TIME TO GET THESE BOMB OUT OF THE 13 & 15 Bender Coops.

Since this is a carport unit, can the basement stairs remain carpeted for Major Safety Reasons along w/new carpeting so

that these old carpet strips can be reused and the floor drain and window well piping can once again be hidden under the carpet?

Electrical Issues for the Kitchen:Old 220 V Electrical outlet behind the stove which prevents cabinet drawer from being fully opened along with 220V electrical cable in the basement!

Carpet removal prior to sale issues and concerns: As found on stairs and tools required to remove 50+ 60 year

old staples from steps and 2nd floor bedroom entry ways.

What other tools would help with this effort?

Current wall outlet/switches/wiring issues & concerns:Can this cover be left? Should it be removed and replace with a 19¢ cheapie? Should it/they remain off the wall until after the painting is done? Will old outlets and switches be updated along with the wiring?

Discolored Vinyl Windows and Storm Door Issues: Vinyl window hardware rust and discoloration from the sun which is the Southernly exposure. Mold build up issues on front storm doors which is the Northernly exposure. Multiple cleanings with Fantastic and TSP do NOT work.

Problem with a very Large Raccoon living under this Coop’s front porch as of Monday – Reported to Camille!

Using clip ON cover for easy cleaning.Note the size of the big guy opening under the window!

an 18

” hole!

Coop Bathroom Issues and Concerns:

• New Bathroom cabinets that sales stated had to be removed prior to doing any Coop work in the basement! Why? Bathroom was just painted when the units piping was revised!

Can’t I provide a LOCK BOX for their(Coop) tools while working is going on upstairs and personal repairs are being complete by the

me in the basement?

What is the scope of work/schedule that is currently planned for this Coop?

What exactly does the Coop do for the $900 that they charge for

selling a Coop?

Can I do all the Coop planned repairs myself?

If I can use Coop approved contractors to do all the Coop planned work myself, how much would I then have to pay for the Coop for

selling this unit?

• Painters, GC, kitchen remodeling, floor refinishing, etc.

Can the Area B Coop become a temporary lending institution while they spend up to 6 weeks making repairs, painting, floor refinishing, etc. Can they also carry the associated cost until this unit sells?

Why have two other Area B members been turned down by the sales team for

buying this unit?Al Foster was one and the retire Cedarwood Maintenance Guy and his wife were the 2nd denial. Both buyers had agreed to buy the unit & then assist me with getting this unit done so they could move in. I also promised Al, that as soon as he, his wife and daughter moved in, that I would help him with the move and getting his 2 bedroom ready for sales!
