Design principles should include
place making contributions to the community
Design principles reflected in revised Site Plan include:
• Creating a well-defined visual presence on the north, south and east facades to deliver
a building and terminal with solid place making contributions to the community
• Providing continuous weather protection for customers from the NE and SE urban
pedestrian plazas to the bus platforms
• Using a warm material palette, similar to the previous design
