The particularly sophisticated techniques needed to obtain high quality, reflective surfaces can only be realised using high technology production facilities.

In just a few years, VAQUARZ has become the market leader in this sector, building the foundations for its success on its installations and a highly professional workforce.The company currently leads the field in high vacuum metallisation and general reflective surface treatments thanks to its facilities, which are the most advanced installations to be found on the market today.

Using its modern drawing or pulling machines, complete with number controlled lathes, VAQUARZ can even produce parabolas to designs and specifications provided by our customers.High performance reflective surfaces are created by depositing a layer of Aluminium and quartz in a high vacuum. The reflective coefficient of the resulting film, obtained using 99.99% pure Aluminium in a low Oxygen concentration environment (the process is carried out in a room where the pressure is approximately 10-5 Torr.), is close to the maximum theoretically achievable value. This result is guaranteed by the perfect surface finishing of the part to be metallised, which is achieved by highly specialised degreasing, painting and polymerisation techniques.

In addition, the quartz component protects the Aluminium film from oxidation due to atmospheric factors or temperature, thus ensuring that the quality does not depreciate over time. This method makes enables us to obtain high performance reflectors even when using low cost raw materials (such as thermoplastic resins or Iron sheets).

This means that a wide range of materials can be used for the reflector support, thus granting the designer much greater flexibility.

COSA VI PUÒ FORNIRE LA NOSTRA AZIENDA

Per ottenere superfici riflettenti di elevata qualità sono necessarie tecniche di lavorazione particolarmente sofisticate, realizzabili solamente con strutture produttive ad alto livello tecnologico.VAQUARZ, in pochi anni, si è imposta come azienda leader nel settore, riuscendo a fare dei suoi impianti e della professionalità del suo personale i punti di forza del proprio successo.L’azienda è oggi la più importante realtà per la metallizzazione in alto vuoto ed il trattamento delle superfici riflettenti in genere che realizza con uno dei più moderni impianti esistenti oggi sul mercato.

VAQUARZ è organizzata per produrre parabole anche su specifiche e disegno del cliente, utilizzando moderni impianti di imbutitura o tiratura con tornio a controllo numerico.La deposizione in alto vuoto di uno strato di alluminio e quarzo consente di creare una superficie riflettente ad alto rendimento.Il film coprente ottenuto utilizzando alluminio purissimo al 99,99% in ambiente a bassa concentrazione di ossigeno (la pressione nella camera di processo è di circa 10-5 Torr.) presenta un coefficiente di riflessione prossimo al massimo teorico raggiungibile. Questo risultato è garantito dalla perfetta finitura superficiale del pezzo da metallizzare, realizzata mediante tecniche di sgrassaggio, verniciatura e polimerizzazione altamente specializzate.

Il quarzo, inoltre, agisce da protezione contro l’ossidazione del film d’alluminio, sia per l’azione degli agenti atmosferici che della temperatura, mantenendone costante la qualità nel tempo. In questo modo è possibile ottenere riflettori ad altissimo rendimento anche utilizzando materiali con basso costo iniziale (come resine termoplastiche o lamiere di ferro).Risulta chiaro che con questa tecnica il designer ha maggiore libertà di progettazione non avendo vincoli nella scelta del supporto riflettente.

VAQUARZ fornisce un servizio altamente qualificato per:- progettazione computerizzata e realizzazione di superfici riflettenti- lo stampaggio di prodotti termoplastici e metallici (anche su progetto del cliente)- la costruzione e la fornitura di complessi ottici ed elettronici assemblati, preassemblati con portalampada o vetro di sicurezza- la deposizione di strati sottili, multipli (metallici e non metallici) su superfici di plastica, vetro, metallo e ceramica mediante la tecnologia dell’evaporazione in alto vuoto- la costruzione di stampi- le lavorazioni con presse per imbutitura di supporti riflettenti (alluminio, ferro, ottone)- le verniciature pre e post metallizzazione o con protezione del riporto per mezzo di successivi riporti chimici- la protezione dei metalli mediante strati anticorrosione- la verniciatura su qualsiasi materiale a cariche elettrostatiche ed a polveri epossidiche.Il trattamento di metallizzazione si applica a supporti in materiali differenti:

VETRO:- argentatura e colorazione di lampade- produzione di specchi per arredamento

VAQUARZ offers the following highly qualified services:- computer design and production of reflective surfaces- thermoplastic and metallic product moulding (including customer specifications)- production and supply of assembled optical and electronic units, pre-assembled with lamp-holder or safety glass- thin and multiple (metallic and non-metallic) layer deposition on plastic, glass, metal and ceramic surfaces using the high vacuum evaporation technique- production of moulds- creation of reflective supports (in Aluminium, Iron, Brass) using drawing presses- pre- and post-metallisation painting or multiple chemical protection coatings for supports- anti-corrosion coatings for protecting metals- electrostatic coating of all materials with epoxy powders.Metallisation can be applied to supports in a range of materials:

Riflettori VAQUARZ: la ragione dei fatti

Abbiamo messo a confronto le curve fotometriche di due riflettori realizzati con lo stesso stampo. Uno risultato del trattamento VAQUARZ, l’altro sottoposto ad anodizzazione lucida.I l conf ronto d imost ra che i l trattamento di metallizzazione in alto vuoto “VAQUARZ” permette di raggiungere in media un “22% in più” di riflessione della luce.

We have compared the photometric curves of two reflectors made from the same mould. One resulting from VAQUARZ treatment, the oter to bright anodizing.The comparison demonstrates that with “VAQUARZ high vacuum plating” it is possible to obtain an “extra 22%” light reflection.
