Creating Programs

1. Create the Program2. Identify the Students for the Program.

• Can be done in the Students Section or Program Section3. Attach the students to the Program.4. Add teachers to the Program (if necessary).5. Share the Program (if necessary).

Using ProgramsIf you’d like to view assessment results for students in a program:

1. Make sure the assessment is shared with you!2. Access an Assessment Report3. Modify the Report4. Choose “From Program” in Roster Options.5. Select the Program, Report Type, and Assessment.6. Choose “By Rostering” under Display.

At Risk Data

31-A Legislation

• Section 31a of the State School Aid Act • Provides supplementary instructional and pupil

support services for pupils who meet the at-risk criteria specified in the legislation.

• Criteria include – low achievement on MEAP tests in mathematics, reading or

science; – OR failure to meet core academic curricular objectives in

English language arts or mathematics (applies to grade K-3 pupils only);

– OR the presence of two or more identified at-risk factors.
