Brief introduction of R-134a series
R-134a series hermetic centrifugal chiller system, are developed to replace the current
CFC centrifugal chiller series for the project national scheme of China ozone layer consuming
material gradually falling into disuse. The series take the environmental friendly refrigerant
HFC-134a as refrigerant. On august 1999, the first sample170H-6P centrifugal chilled
system gained the approval as national class new product, professional team's appraisal:
unit's main technical performance is advanced among the same kind of products, with
friendly environmental quality and excellent energy-saving effect, the market prospect is
expansive.

Reliable gearing & long-span operationLess moving parts in compressor and high quality components guarantee a common lifespan over 20 years.The propeller is made of peculiar cast aluminium alloy and proved to be of sufficient mechanical strength and high erosion resistance after high precision dynamic balance test and over-speed test.The keyless connection between propeller and axis avoids the stress concentration and accessional unbalance of rotor. It will improve the reliability considerably. The technology obtained the national patent, the patent serial number is ZL01256825.2.Peculiar design of high precision helical gear counteracts the axial thrust force caused by propeller, reduces the gearing's load and makes the transmission smoothly. Hermetic motor is cooled efficiently by evaporative refrigerant ejecting. Therefore, it ensures unit safety and long lifespan and also can prevent the refrigerant from leakage.
The pneumatic part of compressor is designed through NREC pneumatic software which is one of themost advanced design softwares in the world. Adopts high-efficiency and three-dimension hermetical impeller designed for refrigerant HCFC-123/HFC-134a, avoids performance fluctuation caused by gap change between semi-open impeller and scroll-case.The heat transfer pipes of condenser and evaporator adopt high efficiency heat transfer pipes designed individually according to boil principle and concreting principle, improve gross heat transfer coefficient and as well as be able to realize the heat transfer with small temperature difference.The optimal matching of advanced compressor with new-style & high-efficiency heat exchanger guarantees a high efficiency unit.Special designed guide vane can adjust refrigerant mass flow to fulfil partial load requirement, and by pre-regulating gas entering direction, refrigerant can flow into the propeller in optimal angle and unit efficiency is improved greatly.
Centrifugal Chiller system
Adopt new-type environmental friendly refrigerantR-123 series centrifugal chiller system take HCFC-123 as refrigerant. HCFC-123 is an optimal choice considering ozone depleting, greenhouse effect and energy effect.R-134a series centrifugal chiller system take HCFC-134a as refrigerant. HCFC-134a is the green refrigerant accepted internationally, without destructive effect to ozone, and accords to the standards of international environmental protection pact and national scheme of china consume ozone material gradually falling into disuse.

Propellor overspeed test on overspeed experiment device of German Schenk
An extra high-efficiency cooler in condenser subcools liquid refrigerant and improves the efficiency.The energy saver between double stage compressors reduces unit power consumption by 5%, so as to increase cooling capacity of refrigerant per mass unit and compressed quantity of refrigerant entering into the first stage reduces, otherwise, refrigerant at intermediate pressure between evaporator and condenser will flash and the refrigerant between stages cooled by flash gas will improves unit*s efficiency. Optimize the pipe arrangement, reduce the refrigerant friction loss, and guarantee excellent operation efficiency.
Reliable lubricating systemThe closed oil pump immersed in oil can send the pressure oil to the surface of each high-speed gear.Plate oil cooler cooled with refrigerant ensures the oil pumped by oil pump to be cooled to a low temperature.Impurity in oil is filtered by high precision papery filter. ensures the dynamic pressure oil film forming on high-speed gearing, and filter core can be replaced conveniently.The high oil box on top of compressor ensures the oil quantity used for gearing when emergent power-off occurs, and avoids the gearing from abrasion.
Wide range of adjustable capacityThe chiller system of medium & large capacity adopts non-
vane pressure enlarger and inlet guard vane, hence enlarge
cooling adjusting range, and the unit's coolingcapacity can
be adjusted optionally from 10% to 100% at a invariable
cooling water inlet temperature.

Low noise & stable runningAll the gears are rectified in height and width in order to reduce the mesh noise.The double-layer noise proof structure of gear box minimizes the noise level.Flux passage with optimized design reduces the noise level and refrigerant flow speed. Noise-proof device fixed on the inlet of condenser can reduce the refrigerant flow impact noise. The special design of compressor assembled with hermetic motor cooling by refrigerant saves the connecting and hermetic device between motor and compressor which is necessary for unclosed motor, and reduces damageable process, as well as reduces the motor outline dimension and motor noise.The unit's mean-time to failure can be more than five years.
Reliable performance testReliable performance testThe assemblage of propeller with gear is tested in dynamic balance experiment with an over-speed which is 120% of the rated.Heat exchanger and power saver are strictly tested by pressure experiment according the national norm JB4750 defined by pressure container for refriferation quipment. Advanced Micro-computer control systemThe special designed micro-computer control system can optimize control logic, improve operation
efficiency, is reliable with long-term running.
Touchpad display makes the operation easy and direct.
Operation data and malfunction alarms can be displayed on the indicator, so to monitor unit instantly.
The micro-computer control system can execute more than 30 control and protection actions and record
the latest 10 error parameters, main control unit adopting advanced import components which have better
disturbance resistance and guarantee the units work safely and reliably.
The built-in RS422 communication port can realize central control. It also can connect with user's PC,
and realizes remote control start, operation and stop.
Adopts the PLC controller of CQM1-Japanese Omilong series to precisely control temperature.
The control system adopts EL highlight touchpad display of GP-477 series produced by Japanese DIGITAL,
and the moving picture will display operation interface, and operates each control by slight touch refer
to wok condition indicator.
In central monitor system, the micro-computer is connected with the CPU modules of multi sets of
centrifugal chiller systems micro-computer control system (PC-LXZ-H) through RS422 port, can control
maximum 32 sets of centrifugal refrigerators and the water pump, cooling tower and other accessories.

Variable volume adjustment, High efficiency & energy-savingOwning the biggest single compression ratio, the ratio can reach up to 18.Compressor with adjustable variable volume and special volume control valve for precise control enables to adjust compressor's refrigerant compressed amount precisely matching with load change. Realizes 4-stage capacity output control (25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) and stepless capacity control (need special instruction for the function on order). The high precise adjustable volume directly saves user's operation cost.

Introduction of components
CompressorAdopts high efficiency screw compressor of generation * with 5-6 asymmetry dentiform, the screw rotor of which gained patent by improving the shape of German rotor GHH, proved having well balance, small vibration, low noise due to balance testing by balance machine. Heat efficiency of the rotor with main and subsidiary rotor adopting 5-6 dentiform increases by 10-12% and energy saves by 25%, comparing with Chinese normal screw rotor with 4-6 dentiform. The rotor shape also gained British and American patent.Adopts compressor bearing SKF from Sweden, the long lifespan of which ensure screw-type main unit to run continuously more than 50000 hours.
Oil separatorThe product comes from MANN of German, has reliable qualification, oil content can be controlled below 3ppm (oil content treated by oil-gas separator of common domestic like screw-type air compressor is not less than 8-10ppm). oil-gas separated amount is double of same kind of products, the large oil filtering area reduces refrigerant flux speed, and has better separating effect and long lifespan by adopting secondary reflux technology.
CondenserMidea screw chiller is equipped with high efficiency shell and tube condenser, it is constructed by seamless steel tube with anti-corrosive treatment, the pressurization is 1.9Mpa, and the pressurization of water pipe side is 1.0Mpa. water pipe constructed with seamless integrally finned copper attains optimal heat exchange efficient, two return passages of water flow and the straight water pipe is easy for cleaning and maintenance, both end covers are made of iron, the covers attached with protection valve and snuffle valve and etc are removable, makes it available for altering water piping arrangement. The condenser is mounted with devices as protection valve and snuffle valve, etc.
EvaporatorThe pressurization of direct expanding shell and tube evaporator wrapped with heat insulating and flameproof material is 1.4Mpa, the inner refrigerant evaporation pipe of which is constructed with seamless steel pipe together with internal-screw cooling fin, guarantees a high efficient heat transmission, the pressurization is 1.0 MPa. Water flowing along refrigerant pipe outside and the installation of the flashing PP makes chilled water to flow up-down along the chilled water clapboard, improves heat transmission efficiency.
Refrigeration cycleConsists of the high pressure check-valve, expansive valve, electromagnetic valve, bulbiform valve, display panel, water indicator, dry filter, etc. Each multiple evaporator inside has independent refrigerant cycle pipes, avoiding system imbalance.

General introductionAir-cooled heat-pump unit is a kind of central air conditioner which adopts air as the cooling (heating) source
and water as cooling (heating) medium. As a sort of integrated equipment, it need no cooling tower cooling
water pump boiler and corresponding auxiliary parts such as pipe system etc, which makes the structure
simpler, saves installation space, convenient maintenance and energy saving. Thus it is very suitable for
areas that are short of water. Air-cooled heat-pump unit is the first priority in the engineering design for the
following conditions:
Hot summer and cold winter.
No heating boiler and heating-supply pipe system.
Heating supply pipe system is unstable or the supplying time is short.
Need air-conditioning whole year.

Air-cooled Modular Chiller System
System featuresModular design, flexible combination.
There are 3 types (30kw, 65kw, 200kw) and 5 basic units.
The maximum of the system is consisted of one main unit and 7 auxiliary units, and the capacity can be
up to 1480kW.
Adopts Digital Scroll compressor, capacity can be adjusted. (200kw module just adopt fix-speed scroll
compressor.)

AdvantagesModular design, easy for capacity extension
Adopting modular design, numbers of modules can be assembled by connecting each own inlet & outlet
pipeline in series. The integrated system has a bigger capacity. The min. capacity is 30kW and the max. is
1480 kW. Furthermore, any of unit can be set as main unit, so both the design and installation are very
flexible. Convenient combination, auto control, available capacity adjustment

Since traditional air cooled chiller system adjusts energy output by turning ON/OFF the compressor, the
capacity output is not accurate as Digital Scroll compressor. Midea modular air-cooled chiller system
combines digital scroll compressor with constant speed compressor, which can steplessly adjust the capacity
output from 0.5 to 100%. In the state of partial capacity loading, the system can adjust the capacity output
precisely according to each indoor unit's requirement.

Air-cooled Modular Chiller System
PMV refrigerant flow adjustment Traditional modular chiller adopts thermo-expansion valve for adjusting, but it cannot adjust refrigerant flow accurately and also will be delay. So it makes the room temperature fluctuating too much that users may be uncomfortable.
High efficient heat exchangerFor the 30 or 65kw module, we use plate heat-exchanger, and for the 200 kw module, we use shell-and-tube heat-exchanger.
Chiller water outlet temperature can be adjusted Water outlet temperature can be adjusted according to customers' demand. In cooling mode, the adjustable ranges from 70C to 120C, and in heating mode, it ranges from 450C to 500C.
Simple controlThe wire connection is very simple between modules. The signal wiring connection between two units of 65kW module is finished before launch. The two-cores Shielded Twisted Pair is used for signal wire. Each unit can be controlled and monitored by the wiring controller that just connects to main unit.

Brief introductionMidea fan coil unit be made from high quality galvanization, the beautiful and thin body makes it save a lot
of space and easy for installation. The big air volume makes a symmetrical room temperature so do not
get harm to people at the same time. The advanced technology and high quality material reduced the noise
level, it is widely used in marketplace, hospital, office, hotel, airport, etc.
Midea air handling unit have six series production as single wall horizontal type, single wall vertical type,
single wall-mounted type, dual wall horizontal type, dual wall vertical type and dual wall-mounted type. Air
flow volume ranges from 2000m3/h to 60000m3/h, cooling capacity ranges from 6kW to 985kW, heating
capacity ranges from 11kW to 1100kW.
Midea air handling unit has been tested by national AC quality supervise testing center, as low noise level,
high efficiency, stable operation and low power consumption make it as the advanced production in the
world, and it is recommended for users by CRAA (China Refrigeration And Air-Conditioner Industry Association).
As room AC, It is widely used in hotel, showplace, marketplace, office room, etc.; as industrial AC, it can
meet the requirement of electron, chemical plant, medical treatment, pharmacy, tobacco produce, food
produce, etc.
