We are constantly reviewing our policy to reflect the advice andguidance of the government.

Trade Counter ServicesNormal trade counter services have resumed in addi�on to prepaid Call & Collect orders via ourwebsite or by telephone. For collec�ons at the Trade Counter, please follow the instruc�ons asdirected by staff at the branch. Please show pa�ence and understanding to all and adhere to the 2metre social distancing policy at all �mes. Face coverings are now mandatory in all shops.

DeliveriesWe are delivering goods using our own transport (local van delivery) or courier.We will deliver without a signature.The delivery driver will knock on the door to make you aware of the delivery arrival. Upon answer,the driver will (from a 2 metre distance) ask for your name and then sign for your order as received.

If recipients are unable to come to the door or are self-isola�ng, goods can be le� in a safe place.We will con�nue to provide updates as the situa�on develops.

Delivery Informa�on: TLC have excellent stocks and staff levels at present.We are dispatching orders as normal (as soon as they are received). The majority of orders will bereceived within the quoted �me frame, but some may be delayed due to courier short staffing, weask that you please be pa�ent at this �me.
