1.5 Incorrect UsageTheapplianceisnotintendedforopticalscan-ningofimageplatesinhumanandveterinarymedicine�Anyuseoftheapplianceaboveandbeyondthatlaiddownheresconsideredtobeimproperuseoftheequipment�Anyresultingdamagethuscausedisthesoleliabilityoftheuser�Themanufacturercannotbeheldresponsiblefordamagecausedbyimproperuse�Cassettesfromthird-partymanufacturersarenotcompatiblewiththesystemandcoulddam-agetheappliance�

This appliance must not be used in operating theatres or similar types of room, where there is a risk of inflammable materials catching fire.

1.9 GuaranteeContentTheguaranteegrantedhereinappliesonlytoimageplatesmountedincludedinimageplatecassettesforscannerfamily„HD-CR43NDT/CR43NDT“�Theguaranteeisgrantedwithregardtodamage-freetransportoftheimageplateinthescannerandtherespectiveimageplatecassette�ThismeansthatweguaranteethattheimageplatewillnotshowanyscratchesorothermechanicaldamageontheopticalsideoftheimageplatewithintheDurationasspeci-fiedbelow�

DurationTheguaranteeisgrantedforaperiodoftwoyearsasofthedateofpurchaseorfor25,000scancycles,whatevercomesfirst�Proofneedstobesubmittedintheformofacopyofthepur-chaseinvoiceorotherappropriatedocumentsorthroughtheRFIDchipincludedintheimageplatecassette�
