Create Material Master – split valuation

Definition:-

After creating the material master with account category type,now it is required create accounting 1 and 2 view with specificvaluation type.

When creating material accounting view for different valuationtype, different valuation class can be maintained in theaccounting view.

Let us try to create more than one valuation class for amaterial using split valuation.

Prerequisite:-

AuthorizationEnterprise structure setup

Menu Path:-

Logistics  Materials Management  Material master  

Materials  Create (General)  MM01-Immediately

Note:- Material master itself is a big requiring knowledge ofvarious modules. However by following this user manual onewill be able to create the material master and go ahead.

Double Click MM01

Enter Material E.g. TESTSPLIT1

Click

Click Pagedown key in the key board to navigate to remainingpart of the screen

Select the views as shown below

Enter Plant and valuation type as shown below
