Why use a Table?
A Word table is an object you can add to your document to help organize text and other content on a page.
Tables help organize the elements on a page for complex documents like presentations and reports.

Tables- Copy and Paste
• Copy and paste- First, you select the table (or part of the table) that you want to copy or move. Then, on the Edit menu, you click Copy (to copy) or Cut (to move), and then Paste, just as you would for document text (or press CTRL+C, CTRL+X, and CTRL+V, respectively).
• Caution When resting the pointer over a table, you may see the Table Move Handle at the upper-left corner of the table. When you click and drag this icon to move a table, it enables text to wrap around your table and turns your table into a floating graphic object — which can make the table and the document more complex to manage.
