You will be drawing your own city, try to be creative, here are just a few of the possible kinds of cities you can

Your Task…

Step One - Complete Two Perspective thumbnails in your sketchbook using the handouts provided by your teacher.

Step Two- Draw three thumbnails of your ideas for your perspective assignment in your sketchbook. Remember to use your knowledge of the elements of art and the principles of design to create an interesting design.You must also put in unexpected or Escher like elements in your work.

Step Three – Using pencil, LIGHTLY draw your design on the paper provided by your teacher. You will need to be able to erase many lines, so be sure to press lightly with your pencil.

Step Four – Use pen to outline your work. You must use value to help create an illusion of depth in your work. Use at least seven different values.
