Crêpes

Ingredients O 250 gr. of flour O 3 eggsO ½ liters of milkO Some oilO Some saltO Rum BacardiO Butter.O Sugar, chocolate, candy or other fillings.

PreparationO Break eggs in a recipient and stir it.

O Add flour in the recipient and stir it.

O Add slowly the milk while stir all until be a liquid mass.

O Later add first the salt, after add some rum and finally add some oil

O Smear butter in a pan and put some liquid mass in the pan with a ladle.

O When you can separate it from the pan turn it and in a minute you can remove it from the pan. After you can fill it as you want.
