• System will generate reports, admission process, students Id-card, mark sheet, roll no management.

• It will store teachers/employee details.

• It will provide student/employee attendance.

• It will provide fees management.

• It will provide transportation fees management.

• It will provide transportation track schedule.

• It will provide hostel and old age home management

Project Introduction

Existing System

• Working system in the organization is semi manual.

• Existing system is “FoxPro” only for fees management.

• The part of fees management is done semi manually -e.g.(fees are entered by computerized system and it’s receipt is given manually).

• Student Marksheet is given manually.

• They use the outside resources to create ID-card of the student.

Need For New System

• System will use by targeted users like administrator, teachers, clerks.

• System that provides all the required reports for targeted users.

• All functions should be computerized and data stored at centralized location.

• User defined security.

• User can easily search the data and it reduce the workload of employee.

• System will give printed output of all required report.

• System will generate transportaion track schedule.

• System will generate receipt.
