Wide range of tests on soft and metallic materials ( certified Lab ISO 17025):

• Tensile testing machine (300 kN capacity, temperature up to 1400°C)

• Charpy impact testing machine (450 J capacity, temperature down to -196°C)

• Hardness testing machine (HV, HB, HRC)

• 3D measuring station

• Chemical analysis by spectrometer

• Corrosion testing (ASTM G48, G28, A923, etc.)

Testing Facility

Test benches up to 1.600 ton assure pressure test:

• hydraulic test up to 1.600 bar;

Testing Facility

Dafram’s extensive special testing facilities:

• Cryogenic test on valves up to 36”NB

• Fugitive emission monitoring;

• Helium testing

– SHELL MESC SPE 77/312;

– UNI EN ISO 15848;

– Qualified personnel to ASNT SNT TC 1A Level 2

• High temperature pressure testing.

Additional testing to customer specific requirements can be agreed withDafram Personnel.

Painting Facility

Dafram has more than 180 different painting procedures.

Three Paint Centers are utilized:

From 200 Kg to 44 Tons

Qualified personnel to NACE CIP level 3

certified to perform the following:

• Dry Film Thickness;

• Holiday test;

• Adhesion test;

• Chemical test;

• Environmental condition.

Welding Facility

Dafram has more than 50 different welding procedures (PQR).Qualified personnel certified as International Welding Engineer (IWA)

Three Welding Centers are utilized to perform the following:• SMAW: for small pipe welding, pup pieces welding;• GTAW: for the first pass on pup pieces welding;• GMAW: mechanized equipment for cladding in F316 – INC 625 – Duplex• SAW: for fully welded valves with narrow gap joint up to 150 mm.• PWHT: Automatic equipment to treat up to six different joint in the same time.
