WHERE IT ALL STARTS Our process starts with raw materials from the best suppliers.

The crucial thing is what we do with those materials.

At Danpoort, we make abrasive materials to exact customer

specifications. We achieve this with dedicated staff and our

modern and advanced machinery. There are no limits to our

service and flexibility, we control and manage all aspects

ourselves. As you would expect, we provide advice and

suggestions for more effective and more efficient grinding and

sanding processes. It all starts with approaching challenges

from our customer’s perspective.

TAILOR-MADE Danpoort supplies tailor-made products. Abrasive belts

ranging from 6 mm to 1.4 metres wide and from 30 cm

to 20 metres in length. Our abrasive belts are tailor-made

for each and every application. Enormously challenging!

We make abrasive belts with almost imperceptible joints:

that is our expertise and our “commitment” to the customer.

In addition to abrasive belts, we also supply abrasive rolls,

discs and sheets in any size required.

TIGHT PRODUCTION CONTROL

Delivery lead times are short at Danpoort. This is

because we control all aspects of our production.

We keep a generous stock of raw materials and

basics from which we make the required final

products to individual order. As a result, we are

extremely flexible and dependable. Danpoort is

Danpoort is dynamic. Our professionals operate as

a well-oiled team. They work to optimise processes

and stocks in an almost surgically clean working

environment. Those processes support our dedication

to quality, service and reliability. Our ERP system

automatically manages order picking and collection

and preparing orders for shipping.

LOGISTICS

After an order has been picked and prepared

for shipping, it is shipped almost immediately.

The contents may comprise items that have

been specially made, or items which we stock

on behalf of the customer. Danpoort offers

customers all kinds of different options subject to

negotiation; for example, we can stock products

and supply them on a call-off basis.
