•Purpose of the product:“To develop a product that allows Learning Centre Staff to generate interactive flash tutorials, which allows staff to intuitively input graphic and text into the system with no prior knowledge of Flash.”

Main Problems• Only one person is skilled in

making the tutorials, but there is high demand.
