  • INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND APPLICATION:• New concrete surfaces must be aged at least 30 days prior to applying

    sealer.

    CLEAN SURFACE:• Make sure surface is free of grease, oil, dirt, wax, or other foreign matter.

    PREPARE SURFACE:• Use a hot water pressure washer or chemical etcher, such as Desert Brand

    Etch-Off.• Rinse and neutralize thoroughly.• Allow a minimum of 24 hours to dry.

    TEST SURFACE:• Apply a small amount of sealer to test for possible lifting.

    APPLY MASTER SEAL:• Stir contents thoroughly and throughout application to ensure full suspension

    of slip resistant additives.• Use a brush or minimum 3/8” roller.• Apply as-is or use Desert Brand Retarder to increase drying time.• Apply in thin coats when surface temperature is between 55° and 85°F.• Do not allow product to puddle

    DOUBLE UP:• Two or more applications may be necessary depending upon surface porosity.• Allow 24 hours between coats.• Top coat should be unreduced.• Drying and recoat times are dependent on temperature, humidity and �lm

    thickness.

    CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT:• Tools and hands may be cleaned with an aromatic-type lacquer thinner.• Do not use mineral spirits.• Disposal of any unused material must comply with local, state, and federal

    regulations.

    PRECAUTIONS:• Foot traf�c should remain off of the sealed surface for 24 hours. For vehicle

    traf�c, allow at least 72 hours for proper curing.• Use only with adequate ventilation.• Keep away from heat, sparks, static electricity, and open �ames.• Master Seal is not recommended for nonporous or dense surfaces, such as

    granite, marble, or certain types of slate.
