1. Program to be implemented by June 1st, 2015

2. Cost of new material for the leaders and the parents (Materials available mid-May)

3. Budget of new program (Belt Loops, Pins, Patches, Tracking System)

4. How to track new requirements (Free or Splurge?)

5. Discuss the transition period and what to do with boys that almost have their current rank

6. When will you present awards? Den or Pack Meeting?

7. PLAN out your year as soon as you get new materials
