1. In consonance with Division Memorandum no. 282 entitled "2017 GAW AD

SAGISAG" as part of Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence

(PRAISE), an awarding ceremony will be held on December 19, 2017 at 4:30 p.m.

Tuesday at Imus City Sports Complex.

2. Retirees and service awardees are likewise will be given recognition.

3. Attire during the awarding ceremony for awardees, finalists, presenters, school heads

and SDO section heads shall be long gown for female and long sleeves with necktie or

tuxedo and slacks for male. Whereas, other attendees shall wear smart casual attire.

4. Enclosed herewith is the list of finalists in different categories and list of retirees and

service awardees for reference.

5. Please be guided accordingly.

6. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
