• Created in 1996, C.E.S.A.R gathers a highly qualified team of professionals, and invests a great deal in infrastructure and also in the qualification of its collaborators.

• The organisation’s Design Department develop interfaces for web sites, software, mobile applications and games.

solutions that enhance the company's relationships with its clients.

• We have in the core of our staff 5 Graphic Designers graduated by the UFPE,1 Graphic Designer graduated in Publicity by the UFBA and 1 designer graduated in Arts by the USP.

• The Design Manager works with web projects since 1994, and has experience with large company’s projects. In his portfolio there are companys like Carlsberg Company, Skol, Brahma, Tam, Universo Online and Fundação Roberto Marinho.

• Considering the demand of the project we can count with a wide range of other professionals: PhDs in Human-Machine interface, Cognitive Psychology and even in Anthropology.

• All the staff have large experience creating interfaces for content management systems

• We all work under the same Interative Design Developing Process.

• The Interactive Design Developing Process consists in a adaptation of RUP – Rational Unified Process, divided in a series of Micro Cycles. This Micro Cycles are formed by Cycles of
