LOCATED IN AMVERTON PARK, Kota Kemuning, this 5,525 square feet home designed by Vanessa Tshai from Desigva Interior Sdn Bhd houses 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It starts with a beautiful living area boasting a double volume space. Daubed in soft warm neutrals and dark concentrated honeycomb chocolate curtains for a flick of luxe, the common area looks amazingly spacious and cosy from every corner. And as you explore further into the space, the warm palette dilutes to a white affair towards the dining and kitchen. Reflecting the dining table setting, a mirrored wall gives the space spaciousness and also elevated glamour. The designer cleverly plays with both matte and reflective surfaces for an added edge to a sleek and contemporary kitchen set-up.

Moving to the upper floor, the right choice of wooden flooring helps to ground the bedrooms in an inviting sensation. Each bedroom is designed in such a way where an individual personality is prominently showcased. A calm and comfortable setting is used for the master of the house and a lively red approach for youngsters. The surprise factor is definitely this particular room dressed uniquely with brick walls. A cement feature wall paired with earth red bricks stated randomly in various tones gives a total new vibe to the bedroom. Unexpected for a sleeping space, the designer deserves a compliment for being able to pair unconventional materials into a conventional space.

为了让空间形成独特的性格，设计师在这间庄严住宅的不同空间内设置了

1、2样突出的元素，在对比之下脱颖而出，从而带动整体空间，塑造活力

空间。以柔和色调作为调色盘，设计师为我们展示了适量的亮点是每一个

空间的能源。

客厅以一套白色沙发、茶镜面咖啡桌与暗色地毯形成黑白相间的基调，塑

造简单而干净的格局。设计师为落地窗装置的窗帘柔和了客厅略显冷硬的

棱角，恰如其分的为客厅补上温暖的元素。褐色的窗帘为空间添加暖意，

而鲜红色的设计师椅子可说是客厅最为亮眼的摆设，瞬间让客厅“活”起

来了。进一步往住家深处移动，发现用餐区与厨房处于住宅另一处。一套

奢华的大理石餐桌立即奠定了用餐区奢华的格调，茶镜镜墙较为暗沉的反

映效果让空间维持在温馨的柔和色调内。餐桌上方的造型吊饰灯与奢华庄

严的空间氛围形成强烈对比，而灯饰古灵精怪的设计也让人不禁莞尔。斜

后方的厨房仍沿用了白色为空间基调。洁白的厨柜占满厨房大半空间，而

茶镜柜体与白色桌案的厨台/早餐吧台设计简单而实用，搭配上两张红色

高脚吧台椅，尽现时尚气息。

楼上空间设置了另一个小客厅，天花板贴上墙纸，从楼梯口处引领人们往

小客厅移动。虽然小客厅占地不大，但由于家具的大小选择恰当，加上深

褐色木质地板与设计别致的墙纸相互搭配，让空间更显亲密、温馨。卧室

各有千秋，大多依据个人喜好而决定房间设计与色调，但设计师仍然秉持

其活力住宅的主题设定，让卧室处处有惊喜。如其中一间房间以深色的基

调搭配上紫色与红色，让空间显得成熟而神秘。另一间卧室则在墙面上添

加几面红砖墙面，显示了房间主人向往自由的个性，而红砖墙面与木质地

板的配合，却显得温暖而舒适的空间氛围。

以少许而突出的元素作为点缀，让空间瞬间活了！
